    Medical bills
Divorce decree states that my ex-is supposed to send me medical bills, within ten days. What is the time limit that she has to give me the bills, because she just gave me bills for two years.

If you are not planning on paying these bills I would suggest contacting your attorney about that. This may require the judge's decision about squirreling up two years worth of bills and demanding they are paid by you. She may just get away with this practice, she may not.

It just depends on the view ponit of the judge, so if you don't pay, she will take it back to court to force you and then a judge will set it.

So if your custody order does not say, then there is no real cut off

First off how long have you been divorced ? ( is it less then 2 years ? )

Also if it says 10 days from when they are received then its 10 days. A lot of states have time limits on how long you can go back because saving them to the end ( so to speak ) creates a hardship.
