    What are my visitation rights
Need to know my visitaion rights... She's moved and doesn't want me to see my child and thinks her new child's father should take my place

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

That depends on what your relationship is and what the court has ordered. Please give us more details.

You can wait for the answers on this thread if you feel they will help you, but you need to start your own thread if you have your own questions.

You need to file with the court system for a visitation schedule.

Do you currently have an order?

Is she moving out of state?

Where is the child's jurisdiction? i.e. how long ago did the mother move?

New father ? Was the child adopted ? Or do you mean a new husband who is a step father ?

But you get your visits according to the child custody agreement, if they will not honor that, you take them back to court
