Hello, I currently rent an apartment with my wife(is a house but we are on first floor where another tenant is on second floor) and just recently we had one of our radiator pipes burst and flood out the kitchen wich then resulted in all of our pipes freezing and house being incredibly cold. So they fixed the problem 2 days later. A week from the day the repair was made he sends me a bill... Am I responsible for this repair? It seems he is trying to blame me saying that there was no oil in my tank wich there was at the time. Heater was running all night non-stop, wich was evident seeing the 3ft of water in the kitchen. Any advice would be appreciated.
