    Unemployment laws
My unemployment claim was denied. The reason I was fired was not the reason my employer told the Texa Workforce Commission they fired me. What do I do?

You file an appeal. An Arbitrator (in most cases) will hear both sides, review any proof, hear witnesses and either award benefits to you or not.

You will not collect any benefits until following the hearing.
