I can hear heater running but no warm air is coming out
I can hear our heater running from the laundry room but there is no warm air coming out of the vents. The thermostat is set on 71 and it is 64 in the house at this time. All I know is that we have a Bryant heater that is probably 5 or 6 years old. Help!

The burner is probably not working. There should be a blink code showing on the circuit board. You will need the number of blinks/flashs and then read what the legend says on the back side of the blower door. Post back the results.

Our heater seems to be working fine now. It was VERY cold those nights and the temp would only drop at night. Once it started to warm back up (into the 30's) the heater would start to work again and the temp would go back up to 71. Do you think maybe it's the emergency heater that's broken? I thought maybe it just isn't working as our back up when it got really cold. I just now, today, looked back at this ask me help desk so I haven't looked at the blinking on the circuit board. Thanks for the help!

You never stated a exact model number so I gave you a generic answer. If you have a heat pump with electric heat it could be the emergency heaters or heater having a problem. It could also be the unit was not sized properly for the home to start with and in real cold weather will not keep up with the heating needs of the house.
