Little bumps on the back of arms.
I recently noticed I have little bumps on the back of my arms, you can't really even see them but they are just not smooth like they used to be. I remember a friend of mine in high school had this happen to her so I know I'm not alone but I don't know how to treat it!

Does anyone know what this is? How I can get rid of them? Thanks!

It sounds like it's most likely a condition called Keratosis Pilaris. The little bumps are caused by firm little bits of keratin forming in the hair follicles. The best way to treat it is this:
While in the shower, try using a loofah sponge to gently clean and exfolliate the area. After showering, keep the skin from overdrying by using a good moisturizer while the skin is still wet. Also, take a multivitamin with extra vitamin E, A, and D.
    Hope this helps. :)
