Convicted of felony welfare fraud.can it become a misdemeanor?
Is it true that if you were convicted of a felony welfare fraud, eventually it could be brought down to a misdemeanor? If so, how long will it take to become a misdemeanor and or what actions should I take in making it a misdemeanor?? Thanks for your help!

Once you are convicted of a felony unless there is something the judge added into your sentencing paperwork, no, it cannot be dropped to a misdemeanor.

No, it never changes once it is sentenced. You can try and work out a plea agreement prior to sentencing.
