I have a Moen single handle kitchen faucet that drips from the spout. I have the repair parts but the allen set screw is rounded off and I can't get it out so can't get the handle off!

Might see if an "Easy Out" will do it. The local hardware store has them. Basically it is a bit with a fluted end that jams into the setscrews hole and then you twist it out.
Might work, but see if any other suggestions pop up.
That is one very small Allen screw, are you 100% sure you started with the correct sized wrench, try a size smaller. I have never seen a rounded of allen happen to a Moen.
Hi all...
Ballengerb1 has good info. There jlroberts...
Have you tried metric size allen wrenches AND standard size allen wrenches... hmmm..? Both sets are sold at all home improvement stores.
I forget which one off the top of my head.. but I'm betting, like Ballenger, that the right set will remove that screw... ;)
Let us know how you make out...

Usually the set screw is made of harder metal taen allen wrench. Maybe you are using Metric size allen wrenches on STS configuration. Go to HD and purchase the correct size allen wrench.
If every thing fails I would suggest to use a small drill bit and drill a hole in the set screw head that you be able to use a small easy out, it may help I have used it before, good luck.
