There is this girl at my school. I think she likes me. She would always look at me and saying hi to me. She gets really red when she sees me. And she would always try to touch my hand for some reason, just anytime that there is an excuse to do so. What does this mean? She is one of my friends too...

Well as you said, she seems to have interrest in you, and you can see it from her body language.
If a girl usually likes a guy, she tends to stay close and show him sings about that.
So in order to be 100% sure that she likes you, just try to stay around her, speak to her, tell her jokes.
If she looks happy and tends to stay with you too, then she likes you.
But if she tries to avoid you each time you appear. Or each time you speak to her, if she looks that she is not listening and not interrested in what you are saying, then mate its clear that she doesn't like you.

Well now its your turn to give out sings in order to tell her that you don't like her.
For example when she is around you, just ignore her, and go away (in a polite and nice way, don't hurt her feelings0 but be neutral, don't show any emotions.
And after a while she will understand and try to speak to another guy.
