    Birth certificate
OK, I have a friend that had a child, but the father was not there to sign the birth certificate, the child does not have his last name, so they went to court for child support and a dna, and everything came back legit, but now the father name is on the birth certificate, how is that possible if they didn't have no type of aggrement on that issue?

Father must have filed for it, it does not happen automatically, reread all of the court filing, a request for a new birth certificate had to be in there.

    Ythanks

I really have to ask this. You asked " if they have no type of agreement on the issue. Why doesn't she ask him not to pay support until she can find a way to trust other then dna that he is the father. There doesn't have to be ANY agreement. Hes the father. What was the point of the DNA test.. to PROVE he is the father.
