Underweight but still see myself fat
Hi,I am underweight;iam 154cm tall and 40kgs.I want to gain 7kgs.however,my problem is that most of the fat gets located in my lower part and I want my upper part (my breast, face, and arms)to be a little bit fater.iam so anxious if I gained weight my butt will become bigger,"i hate it now and iam underweight how when i gain more weight".I want to know how can I make all the fats in my body distrebute equally.if excersize will work then what kind of excersize that will help me lose the fats in my lower parts"my legs and my butt".thanx in advance

So you're a "pear" shape...just like me :). What I did/do to make my body more proportionate is a lot of situps and walking. Generally, I focused more on working out the bottom half of my body. Even when I am not working out, I take the stairs instead of the elevator, I stand up and walk around often at my work, etc. It works for me.
