    Calculating North Carolina taxes
I am a non resident I worked in North Carolina for about 130 days. I am a long time resident of Florida and just worked like I said for a short while. My state taxes with held were $1,277.00. My total earnings were $19,808.30. I will be filing jointly with my wife and or as Head of Household which ever is better. Does anyone know how to calculate my state tax return for North Carolina? Florida does not have state taxes and I have not done this in a very very long time! Please help me! :)
Also where can I down load the form D-400 for non-residents?
Thank you for any help anyone can provide me with.
    Thanks,

You can download the state tax form here :
    http://www.dornc.com/downloads/D401.pdf

Also, if you are married, you CANNOT file HOH under any condition.

You are not head of household. You can file as married filing jointly or married filing separately.
