    Capital Gains on resale of Vacation Rental Condo
    Hi, I am planning on selling my Vacation Rental, located in Oregon, and live in Massachusetts, what would my capital gains percentage be? I understand how to arrive at the amount of capitol gain, but do not know what my % of payment on it is.

    The rate will be no higher than 15%, probably 5% and maybe as low as 0%.
