    Joint property
If there are two people have a joint house as titled owners and they both are married, but their wives are not listed as owners, can their husband sell the house without their their consent, or can they apply for a secure ine of credit on the property without their consentand withoutinforming them that they are using the money on behalf of this joint property... to apply for a secure line of credit on a property, in this situatation when both wives think their husbands are trying to take money out from the house, what is the best sugesstion for them to do... bcoz husbands were planning to sale the house but wives said they are entitled for 50% share of theirs by law now they are trying to do it this way... what would u advise in this situatin..
