    Red nose
Whenever I get hot or even eat something that's a little spicy my nose and a little area around my nose gets bright red. What would cause this and what can I do to fix it.

I know you have posted before about this and the only thing I can suggest is lay off the spicy food and you won't get a red nose. Some things we have to give up for appearance sake. Of course, you may realize down the line that it really doesn't matter much as long as you enjoy spicy food and put up with the red nose.

Its like the guy who went to the doctor and said 'doc when I lift my arm like this (he lifts his arm up) it hurts. So the doc says, 'well don't lift it up and it won't hurt !'.

It sounds that you may have a condition called Rosacea which causes redness of the nose and cheeks and visible veins. You should see a dermatologist. People of Northern and Eastern European descent are more prone. You can minimize flare-ups by avoiding excessive alcohol and spicy foods, not smoking, wear a hat and sunblock in the summer and moisturizer in the winter. Wash your face with lukewarm water and a very mild soap such as a baby wash and don't rub too hard when drying. Try to avoid going out in extreme weather conditions especially hot and humid and cold and windy.
