I have a similar problem with my penis, I have had a wart-like lump on the very tip of my foreskin next to the head of my penis. I have had this wart / lump for years, 3-5ish (im not too sure) and since I have not told anyone about it I have noticed cracks in my foreskin and tiny lumps when I pull back my foreskin which I read is perfectly normal.
