My first period was dec 17th then I got it jan 29th when am I fertial and ovulating?

Many women ovulate around cycle day 11 - 16 (day 1 is the first day of your period) but without taking basal body tempratures, monitoring cervical fluid, using OPKs, etc. there is no way to tell for sure when you ovulate and are fertile.
