Hi, somehow my laptop stop downloading or streaming anything from the net, so I can't download any repair kit. I can't also use the utube or windows live messenger, please help. Thank you

• can you not just run a repair kit without actually downloading it?
• Is your harddrive full?
• Do you not already have a virus or system cleaner already on your computer?
• Have you cleared your cache?

You could have corrupt drivers. A virus could have caused it. I recommend backing up your date to another disc and formatting and reinstalling Windows.
