Can anyone help. My boy was playing the ps3 and it came up on the screen corrupt file or something,in the end we had to format the hdd as nothing else would work.since doing that ,the only thing we can get now is a black screen,I don't no what to do.can anyone help us please..

Yikes, you need to take it in for servicing, this is not an easy thing to fix, all the data has been deleted. I have heard an un-format program would work but this requires you to plug the hard drive inside the ps3 into a computer and most likely voids the warranty
