Not proud, but threw my ex to the ground - had reason, but won't justify - she is trying to find a broken rib so that I'll be a felon (3 xrays). IF she succeeds the COlorado court will convict. I have a valid passport. It expires in 8/2011. Should I file it lost - it may be - and get a new one before conviction, or hope I find it?. tasted jilted love... dylan

What's your passport going to do? If you're thinking that you can split, having a passport or not, isn't stopping you. Besides, a passport won't stop them (ANY of them) from arresting you if Colorado files a warrant, and they will.

Well you can't renew your passport from prison, but a felon can have a passport, so you may renew it or get one even if convicted.
