Is my recording submissable in court?
I have a recording where I was trying to get the directors of a school to follow a court order and they did not want to abide by it. They were unaware they were being recorded and started yelling and screaming at me and my boyfriend. In the recording they asked my boyfriend to not come back to the school because he was very persistent about them following the order and they did not want to follow it. Thet later wrote a statement saying he was asked to not come back due to profanity and rude voicemails. I am wondering if this recording I have is submissable in court even if they were unaware they were being recorded. This recording will disprove a false statement that they made.

What State? I would certainly ask an Attorney. If this was over the telephone and you are in a State which requires knowledge by the party being recorded OR both parties you have committed a felony.

    (It's not submissible. It's admissible.)

And to what end, it does not mean he did not curse at them on another phone call.

And for what purpose, what court, this has little to do with custody hearings, only trying to make the school do something.

What does the boyfriend, not new husband, have being involved with the school anyway, he has no legal status with these kids.
