    I have a felony that's over 18 years old do I need to disclose this on my applications

    Unless the application specifies a time frame, then yes.

    If you are asked if you've ever been convicted of a felony, yes. A background check will uncover it.

    As noted, yes it show up on a background check or could.
    Have you looked at having it explunged,
