Here's my problem(s):
When using Quicken 2008 rev. 9:
I try to talk to my bank to download information. It fails and I get an error message back saying that Java is not enabled.
Windows XP, Professional SP3:
I checked under IE > Tools> Internet Options > Manage Add Ons - and find Java is enabled. I did a complete D/L of Java from Java.Com and reinstalled the app. No change.
I am running McAfee security and their Firewall. I checked with them and they say they do not block Windows Scripts.
Other, possibly related symptoms/issues. I notice that I no longer get Java Updates nor does Windows Auto Update seem to work.
Please help.
