I asked him why he never had desire. He told me he didn't want me think he doesn't love me and he has other purpose. He said he doesn't want to force me, but if I want, he will do it.

There could be several things going on here... all good, in my opinion.

Perhaps, depending on your ages, he is looking for a wife not a girlfriend. He wants to get to know you without the distraction of sex. Some woman only have sex to offer, not other good personal qualities, and it takes more than just sex to make a good marriage.

He may be more mature than you are.
