How can you get over your boyfriends first love? She died but he keeps referring to her as miss perfect, and how much she saved his life. I don't know what To do, or how to cope with this.

You back off, and let him grieve in his own way, and heal in his own time. Being in a relationship with a person who is mourning, can be quite frustrating.

I agree with Tal, and back off, let him go through his grieving process and just be there for him. Maybe he isn't even ready for a relationship now, even though you are boyfriend and girlfriend. He sounds like he is comparing. I would stay off the subject, and keep things light, and then see in time what happens with the two of you.

Im sorry this mite b incesitive but he shouldn't have a girlfriend if he is still grieving. I dissagree with you guys. If he keeps comparing her to the woman than that's not fair, imagine how this girl feels. Miss perfect. Im sure u are miss perfect he just can't see that. It is insensitive of him to say this as u have feelings too. If he really loves you hell drop it. There's a lot of people in the world and that girl was his soul mate?
