the hose became strangely flat, some body told me air in the pipe prevent pump from working that I have to find how to prime the well?

The X-trol WX202 is a pressure tank, not a pump. As such, it does not need priming. Is your pump above ground or below ground?

How to prime Welxtrol
Not real sure what you are asking. If you are asking how to prime a jet pump (above ground), then turn off the power and remove the plug or pressure gauge at the top of the impeller cage. Pour in water until it overflows. At that point, the water level in the cage should hold steady. Replace the plug/gauge and turn the power on.
