    Removing mortar residue
    Rain has caused a mortar residue on our windows. How can this be removed.

    If its actually mortar, get some Muriatic Acid and mix that 3 parts water to 1 part Acid. Use a sponge and fizzle off the mortar. Be careful it can eat metal and paint at full strength.

    Is this on the glass or on the frame, makes a big difference.
