I have a 2 year old daughter that has my last name. Me and her father worked things out and now plan on getting married. How do I go about getting her to have his last name?Where in Philadelphia would I go to do this?

If your future husband is the child;s father, its simply a matter of going to the local court and doing the paperwork for a name change. There might be a few hundred dollars in fees, but its essentially a form and a rubber stamp when both parents consent.
