How one ends marriage once you know that it's over and your husband is saying he wants out, but is not doing anything about it.. How do you end it yourself?

See a lawyer and start the divorce proceedings.

Is it he who wants out or do you want out also?

I am lost.. because I can't live like this with a "husband".. in separate rooms and think it's becoming not healthy for me.. He wants out. I love him.. But it's becoming miserable to live like roommamtes.. I think I need to get out of this some how but have no guts to file for divorce.. so how else can I let him go.. and end this miserable life for myself (if he doesn't file and we keep living like roommates?) No matter how much I love him, there is nothing I can do to make be with him
