You got to get yourself back, and you are going to need some help. :)

1. thorough medical exam including checking your hormones.

2. daily exercise away from your home.

3. redo your bedroom; create a boudoir. No clultter! Put a lock on the inside of the door. Have an hour three times a weekin your boudoir for reading erotica(not porn)and pleasuring yourself. Get in touch with passionate feelings.

4. Read a book by Dr. Northrup about female sexuality.

5. Go out shopping with a girlfriend regularly.

6. Get a new hobby.

7. Volunteer once a week-meet and talk to new people, new activities very stimulating.

You have to feel alive again, girl. Let yourself feel attracted to other men... feel the spice. :D
