    H1B status entire 2008, which form to be filled 1040A or 1040EZ
    Please tell me which form to be filled, I had been on H1B visa status the entire year of 2008.
    1040A or 1040EZ.

    Form 1040EZ is short form. If it meets your requirement then use it. Else do Form 1040A or 1040. If you are using a software, it will take care of which form to file.
