Just knowing your weight is not enough to say if you are fat. A much better indicator is your waist size. Measure it yourself with a tape measure, at the narrowest place. For an 18 year old, it should be around 30 inches or less. If it's more than 32 inches, you probably are fat.

I would seek some counselling to gain self-esteem, if whoever is teasing you bothering you, you should learn to deal with it.
