    Statutory Rape x (t)=GuiLty when t=time
Ok I'm a 16 year old and my parents and a friend of mine parents are filling charges for statutory rape. Mines being on a lower level than my friends. What is the length of time after the incident that I can file charges...

You'd have to attempt to file with the Police and see if they'll accept your report. Sometimes they do; sometimes they don't.

You are now going to be considered a predator yourself, this will not make your case to prove easy.

I misread this to read that the charge against this person was at a lower level than the friend.
