How to File with Clerk of the Court Denton Cnty TX Annulement
I live in Colorado and I have been served Divorce/Annulement paper for Denton County. I need to file a response with the Clerk of the Court within 20 days. I don't know what exactly I need to do or how to file the response with the Clerk? Can anyone help me? Is there a template out there that may be used? I honestly can't afford to hire an attorney or I would've done so already - any advice would be very very helpful.

    Thank you,

IF it's an annulment and IF there are no joint debts or assets, do you want to fight this or do you just want to protect your rights and assets? IF there are assets or debts (or children), then you need to find an Attorney, either assigned, whatever you can work out.

What is being requested? Support, payment of bills, division of assets?

If this goes badly for you it will be VERY costly in the long run.
