    Student Dependent Visa in UK
    Hi,

I am from Delhi, India and my husband is studying in UK(Student Visa). I would like to know a couple of things regarding the same.
    1. Documents Required
    2. Can I get the sponsorship?
    3. Can only immediate relations can sponsor me?
    4. Will the Visa be Full time or Part Time Working visa?

    Thanks

Normally the sponsor should be related to you in some way. No stranger would sponsor you to study overseas, it's the fact...

    You need documents that prove:
@ You husband has student visa, marriage is legitimate with proof of relationship, statement from sponsor which must be sufficient to cover all expenses for both of you during the visa term.
@ You can work but don't expect much in this economic crisis, plus the consulate may deny your case if your intention to obtain employment is too obvious. The main purpose of dependent visa is to allow you and your children to join your husband, not to seek full time employment.
