Can my unborn child be added to a court case regarding my daughter?
My daughters father and I are no longer together and there is a court case regarding her. I am currently pregnant with and this child's father is also apart of the case because we were both ordered into anger management and I was at one point on supervised visits with my daughter. Her father and I are going back to court next month because we don't get along for anything . Is it possible they could add this unborn child to the case even though the father and I get along and will agree on things when it comes to her well being

No, because paternity has not been established on the unborn child yet.

Unless you are in CA... which apparently allows you to establish paternity before birth without DNA tests in some cases.
