02' Nissan Altima using a lot of oil
I've already been through the blown head gasket & repair of such. I've also had the SES light which reads out as the 02 sensor bank 1 come on. The 02 sensor was replaced but the SES light appears again within 24 hours for the same fault. I've also been using about 1 qt. of oil in 1 week. You don't see it smoking & I don't have a oil leak! During the blown head gasket could I have done some more internal damage to engine (rings?) that is making me use oil?

Oil can only exit through 3 places: exhaust (smoke); exterior (leak); coolant passages (the radiator fluid will appear oily, discolored or foamy). Suspect the head or block is cracked. OUCH!

The SES light with the O2 sensor code (you didn't say which O2 sensor code that was... ) is probably a false code for that sensor being excessively lean. I'd review the live scan data for the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor for being out of range or slow to resond.
If the MAF isn't providing the ECM with the proper data, the ECM will take away fuel to compensate, thus resulting in a lean O2 sesnsor.
Oil consumption? You didn't say how many mile you drive in the one quart/one week window. You may be burning the oil and not see any smoke.
Have the PCV system inspected and get the compression tested and let us know what you find out.
