    I don't know what you mean. The person collecting SSD can use the benefits for any legal purpose.

    Or are you thinking in terms of filing for a modification of child support to include college expenses?

    Or if you are talking about the money the child receives when a parent receives disability. That money is not part or or considered the child support

    Mostly its going to depend on factors we aren't aware of at this time. What state are you in / or what state is the child support through ?
