I was ordered at my divorce to pay my ex "his special equity" in my house. Is special equity the same as property settlement if I wanted to fight this part of the final judgment? I know it is very rare that property settlements get overturned but I was wondering if I proved an error of facts not being brought out during the divorce, if I would have a chance of getting the amount overturned.
