I would like to make some kind of survey to measure employee stasfaction and I need to know how to make it and what is the most main factors I should measure on that survey

Depending on the occupation and industry, there could be many variables as to what might be asked on an employee satisfaction survey. So, it would help us to know some particulars as to what this is concerning.

Also, if you would post a draft here of at least the start to such a survey, that would also help to give us an idea as to what this is concerning.
