    Hi I need some infirmation about Adoption.*I am from india but still in USA I have J-1 Visa
    In J-1 status I can't stay in US after 1 year *but My boss He is AMerican He wants to Adopt me as a son after that can I stay in USA ? Or I have to go back india.

    Adoption must be legal and parents must have proof of 2 years custody before filing for immigrant visa, plus the child must be no older than 16 years of age by the date I-130 is approved.
