I've been on disability for a few years and I have worked under the table as a private caregiver. This year one of my clients decide to file taxes on the workers. I've saved all my check stubs and I was wondering if it's to late to file as an independent and pay my own taxes or am I just in trouble. I know I run the risk of losing my disability as well as my medicare insurance. I need help and direction.. Thanks
