    Hi,
Remove the plastic hub cap, tske a screwdriver and plce it in a slot of the circlip and twist to dislodge it. If it has holes in opposite sides then it will require a special pair of pliers. At any rate, once the clpi is removed, the tire and wheel should slide offwards. Be sure to capture the square key as that secures the wheel to the axle. Insertion is done by putting the wheel on and rotating to alignment and putting it in.
    Peace,
    Clarke

Thanks to a tip from user bhock on another thread 2 years ago, you may need to push the key inwards to loosen the wheel.
