By my parents then they move away with my baby sister and leave my older sister and I here to rot and die by ourselves

Wow sweetie! Allow me to try a more gentle approach... You do not have to saty in this situation. You can take your child and go to a shelter and they will help you with everything you need. There are so many risks involved in prostitution and drugs... You are playing a dangerous game. Find help and get out while you can... lots of luck
