I don't have it. Even if I did have it, I would have had to pay for it, and why should I do that? I gave you the link where you get a 7 day training course. Besides, we've been busy trying to help people with sick dogs... two of which died yesterday. Why would I take time away from that to send you something for free. If you want it you will either need to find it somewhere else, or pay for it.
