    You posted your question as a answser to someone else's question. You will not get answers like that. This is not a blog, you have to start a new thread to ask a question.

    In Florida they will have tax sales at least once a year at the county court house. So when this land is sold for taxes, you can bid on it. At that point you get tax certificate that you hold for a period (? Three years in Fl I think) and then you can turn it in for the deed.

    It is a good investment normally, but takes years to get property
