Can I ever own a gun with a record?
I'm only 19 years old, I have multiple felonies on my record, and it's almost impossible to get a job with a good company. I was sentenced as a youthful offender to 1 year of prison and 4 years of probation at 17 years old. I did my time and got off probation 3 years early but I'm still paying the price. I'm going to college but sometimes I wonder if it's just a waste of time because I can't even do simple things like vote or own a gun. Is there anyway I can have my rights restored or my record cleared?

As a gun store owner, I can tell you that you will never own a gun with a felony. It may be possible to get your record pardoned, but it will cost you. Get a good attorney.
