I assume "tn." is Tennessee.

They will not send you a W-2; they will send Form 1099-G.

Access the Tennessee Department of Labor website. Most states administer unemployment compensation through the state Department of Labor.

In Tennesse, you should have been doing your weeking filing and reporting online. Have you logged onto your account and looked to see if it is available or if they have announced it.
