I watched this adult movie on Cinemax (or one of those) in the late 90's and I never knew what the name of it was and I really would like to know.

It was centered in a modeling agency. There was some bossy, big breasted (brunette, I think) woman as the head of it all. That's most of what I can remember. There was a scene in a hot tub, but that's it. I remember a lot of blue/blue-ish gray in the backround.

It could have also been a series, but I think I remember it being too explicit for one.
Sorry I can't remember any more,.
Any possible film name you think of would be helpful.
