Try drinking a protein shake for breakfast one for lunch, then 4 oz of fish, chicken or pork and veggies for supper.. Have no more than 600-800 calories a day and that should work! However I wouldn't really recommend losing that much weight so fast, because it won't take much to put it back on! Plus it's not really good for your health! There is no way to lose weight that fast and do it healthy... So try taking your time and just eat healthy food, watch your portion size and excersize!
First you should not be losing 20 plus percent of your body weight that fast, You need to take more time and do a proper diet with exercise.
I wouldn't have said that you needed to loose weight but to put a time limit on it is a bit extreme.
There are a few things that you can do to keep you healthy and loose weight.
Eat three meals a day and don't binge on fast foods in between, if you must try eating fresh fruit or veg:young carrots, grapes, apples or if it's easier a cereal bar and a glass of water or any beverage not sweetened with sugar: tea, coffee etc this should see you through until mealtimes.
When you do have your meals try and fill up on bulk foods eg: lots of green veg, potatoes fish or a portion of meat... Tuna is good as there is no fat and plenty of protein. You can eat as many vegatables as you like they are almost nil in calories and have no fat.
Don't be tempted to only have a tiny portion in the belief that it will be better than a larger one... it won't, later you will find yourself absolutely starving, probably raiding the fridge.
Don't buy cakes or biscuits or chocolate... temptation will get the better of you, thinking a small piece won't hurt... it will... just don't have them in your cupboards.
Try not to eat late at night, your body will store the calories, as you will be unable to work them off.
Maybe you do not need to diet at all, but just tone yourself up... aerobics are good for this, plus it will give the impression that you have lost weight... tummy and bottom will be tighter due to the exersizes.
Hope this will help you a little.
Goodluck
